Steps to Success - Achieve your Strategy
1. Strategic Diagnosis Session
This 30 minute phone call is the starting point to get to now each other. We talk at a high level about your business, where you want to take it, and what is stopping you. This is where we determine if we are suited to working together and what additional support can be provided.
2. Complimentary Business Discussion
This 60 minute discussion continues the conversation we started in the Strategy Focus Session. We go deeper into your business, your reason for starting. We discover what actions we need to take. We may be able to give you some support on the call, or we may decide to work together to achieve the outcomes required.
3. Strategic Direction Workshop
Over 2 hours, we will work together to develop a strategic view for your business and establish the line in the sand as to where your business is currently, and where the areas for improvement are.
We will then work together to determine a pathway to building the bridge from your current situation to achieving your vision.
From here you can choose:
- To keep going the way you are, and hope it changes
- To implement by yourself
- To work with us in an accountability capacity, where we regularly call to ask you about completion of goals and milestones
- Work with us in a Consultancy or Advisory capacity, working with you to ensure you remain on track.
4. Bespoke Business Focus Coaching
We work with you and your business to develop a 5 year strategic plan and an operational plan to support the strategy achievement.
We focus on improving the productivity, profitability and overall performance of your business, and we work with you in developing goals, meaningful KPIs and projects required to achieve your vision.
