Unlike other consultants, Launch Commercial Solutions has two different streams to support businesses.
Stream one is to provide in house services to target specific issues or problems on an organistaional level. This provides much needed resouces to enable the staff to continue to deliver and not be distracted investigating or implementing solutions where it is not cost effective to do so.
Stream two is selection of a set programs were we work in groups to focus on specific problems. These groups can be within one organisation, or can be a group of leaders from different organisations. Either way, it provides focused direction and benefit.
