This 30 minute discussion continues the conversation we started in the Discovery Call. We go deeper into your business, and talk about where you want to take it, and what is stopping you from achieving your profit, lifestyle, scale, etc..
Over 2.5 hours, we will work together to develop a strategic view for your business, create a scorecard to measure progress and map out goals to put you on the path to delivering your strategy. From this meeting you will have a strategic outlook and a Business Execution Plan for the first 12 months

We work with you and your business to take the strategy and the Execution Plan and put it to work. We develop pathways and solutions specifically for you. We will give you support and training to understand your business better, know what it is telling you, and how to react to the information. We will guide you to be confident in reading financial statements, managing KPIs and achieving goals to work toward your overall vision.
The Business Accountability Panel (BAP) meets with business owners monthly. Here, we discuss the business successes and try to overcome any roadblocks each business owner is experiencing.
The BAP is included as part of the bespoke coaching package, or can be accessed for business owners interested in having additional accountability
Each panel has a limited number of participants to enable adequate time for conversation, celebration and support.
